SovereignRender ("the Studio," "we") is a tool that turns video into a single self-contained HTML artifact and helps you inscribe it on the Bitcoin blockchain as an Ordinal. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. By using it you accept these terms.

You are solely responsible for reviewing every detail — network, fee rate, amounts, destination, and content — before you confirm. Always test on signet before spending real BTC on mainnet.

SovereignRender is non-custodial. We never take custody of your bitcoin, and we never receive, store, or transmit your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. Signing happens in your own wallet (Unisat, Xverse, Leather) or, on the manual path, with ephemeral keys generated and kept only in your browser. You alone are responsible for the security of your wallet and funds. See the Security Model.

• Network (miner) fees are paid to Bitcoin miners, not to us, and vary with network conditions.
• Postage (a small amount, ~10,000 sat) rides with the inscription to its destination — you keep it.
• The managed tier charges a service fee of 10% of the miner fee (with a small minimum at the dust limit), collected as an on-chain output in the same transaction. Signet is free.
• All amounts are shown to you before you confirm. All fees are final and non-refundable — transactions cannot be reversed.

You are solely responsible for the content you inscribe and for having the rights to it. Do not use SovereignRender to inscribe unlawful material or content that infringes others' rights. Because inscriptions are permanent and public, consider carefully what you commit to the chain. We do not review, endorse, or moderate user content, and we are not responsible for it.

Nothing here or in the Studio is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Bitcoin and Ordinals carry risk. Make your own decisions and consult a professional where appropriate.

The Studio interoperates with third-party software and services — browser wallets, block explorers and broadcast endpoints (e.g. mempool.space), and optional hosted inscription services. These are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their behavior, availability, or fees.

The Studio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of fee estimates, successful broadcast or confirmation, or that the software is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, failed or stuck transactions, lost or exposed content, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Studio. You use it at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
